A financial services corporation and a Dominican Republic Bank came to us with a concept in mind to help them create the user experience remittances users will have.

The main challenge was providing an easy-to- use, trustful and meaningful experience, considering the user’s profile, context, and needs.

The project arises as an opportunity to convert those users and make them part of the banking system. They are given an alternative by allowing them to receive and send remittances through an application and pay their utilities. All the process is carried out through the application without the need to go to the bank.
